Shrimp and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 250 g rice
- 200 g shrimp
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 piece carrot
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice ahead of time or use pre-cooked rice. Slice the mushrooms and grate the carrot.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and carrot, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the rice, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
