Stir-Fried Rice and Pasta with Vegetables
A blend of rice and pasta stir-fried in a wok with celery. A simple and delicious dish inspired by Asian cuisine.

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice
- 150 g Pasta shells
- 2 stalks Celery stalks
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted boiling water for about 12 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Cook the pasta shells for 8 minutes in another pot.
Step 3
Cut the celery into small pieces.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the celery for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the drained rice and pasta, toss for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
