Stir-Fried Rice with Mushrooms and Ham

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked rice
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Ham
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and dice the carrots finely.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the mushrooms and carrots for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rice and diced ham, stir well to combine.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
