Stir-Fried Rice with Mushrooms and Ham

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms and carrots cut into small dice, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cold rice and ham cut into cubes, stir constantly.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
