Mushroom and Carrot Fried Rice
A simple and quick Asian classic. Thai rice stir-fried in a wok with mushrooms and sautéed carrots, enhanced with a touch of oil and garlic.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions (or use leftover rice). Set aside.
Step 2
Finely slice the mushrooms and cut the carrots into small batons.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat and stir-fry the carrots for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice, mix well, season, and cook for 2 more minutes.
