Fried Rice with Carrots and Eggs

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Carrots
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots into small, uniform dice.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok over high heat and stir-fry carrots for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add rice in grains and mix well with carrots for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Push rice to the sides, pour beaten eggs in the center, and scramble quickly.
Step 5
Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
