Stir-Fried Rice with Carrots and Leeks

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked white rice
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g Leeks
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and leeks into small dice.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and leeks and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and mix well. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
