Stir-Fried Rice with Carrots and Ham
A simple Asian-style fried rice with vegetables and ham. Flavorful, quick, and perfect for using up leftovers. Requires cooked rice.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Ham
- 30 ml Oil
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 3 g Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the carrots and cut the ham into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add carrots and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add cooked rice and mix well to break up any clumps.
Step 5
Add ham and pour soy sauce, stir quickly.
Step 6
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
