Stir-Fried Rice with Carrots and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 300 g Rice
- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 600 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted boiling water for 15-18 minutes according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the carrots into thin batons and cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice to the wok and toss vigorously for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
