Stir-Fried Rice with Tuna and Olive Oil
A simple yet flavorful rice dish with shredded tuna, cooked in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. A complete and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 1 can (120g) Canned tuna
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add the tuna, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot on plates.
