Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice
Simple Asian-style fried rice with chicken, carrots, and leeks. Flavorful and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 300 g Chicken thighs
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Leeks
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the chicken thighs into dice and brown them in a pan with a little oil until fully cooked.
Step 3
Add the finely sliced carrots and leeks to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the cooked rice into the pan, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
