Asian-Style Ham Fried Rice

- 250 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in the wok over medium-high heat.

Add the diced ham and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the cooked rice and mix well, breaking up any clumps.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes while stirring regularly.
