Fried Rice with Ham

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the ham and beat the eggs with a little water.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
Step 3
Add the rice and ham, stir well for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Push the mixture to the sides, pour the eggs in the center, and scramble.
Step 5
Mix everything together, season, and serve hot.
