Asian-Style Stir-Fried Rice with Chicken and Vegetables
An authentic and delicious Asian dish: stir-fried rice with chicken, broccoli, and carrot, flavored with soy sauce and ginger.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 300 g Rice
- 200 g Broccoli
- 2 pieces Carrot
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice if not already done (or use frozen cooked rice to save time).
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes. Grate the carrot and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan. Cook the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic, grated ginger, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well and stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Taste, adjust the seasoning if needed, and serve hot.
