Asian-Style Fried Rice with Ham, Blueberries, and Peanuts

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked white rice
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Blueberries
- 1 piece Egg
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 10 ml Honey
- 10 ml White vinegar
- 40 g Unsalted peanuts
- 30 ml Oil
- 50 g Onion
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and 20ml water in a bowl.
Step 2
Finely dice the ham and onion. Crush the peanuts.
Step 3
Stir-fry the onion in oil in a wok or pan for 2 minutes, add ham. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rice, stir well for 2 minutes. Make a well, crack the egg into it, and scramble with the rice.
Step 5
Pour the sauce, add blueberries and peanuts. Mix for 1 minute over high heat.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot.
