Asian Stir-Fried Rice with Ham and Vegetables
A delicious Asian-style fried rice with ham, broccoli and carrot. Quick, tasty and comforting.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 120 g Ham
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 unit Eggs
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets, dice the carrots, cut the ham into cubes. Lightly crush the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the vegetables, cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Add the ham and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rice and mix well. Crack the 2 eggs directly into the skillet and stir quickly until the eggs are cooked (2-3 minutes).
Step 5
Pour the soy sauce, mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
