Asian Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables and Ham

Ingredients
- 200 g White rice
- 100 g Ham
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the rice for 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice, the carrots into thin matchsticks, and the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic and carrots for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and ham, cook for 3 minutes. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce.
Step 5
Stir-fry everything for 2-3 minutes until the rice is hot and slightly crispy. Serve.
