Asian-Style Fried Rice with Broccoli, Spinach, and Egg

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Spinach
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets. In a hot wok or skillet, sauté the minced garlic and ginger in oil.
Step 2
Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes, then add the rice. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Push the rice to the side of the wok, add a little oil, pour in the beaten eggs, and scramble them.
Step 5
Mix everything together, add the soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
