Asian Stir-Fried Rice with Asparagus and Apples
An original Asian stir-fried rice combining crispy asparagus, sweet apple notes, and the umami flavor of Parmesan. A delicious sweet and savory balance.

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked white rice
- 150 g Asparagus
- 1 piece Apples
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 20 g Grated Parmesan
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut asparagus into 2 cm pieces, peel and dice the apple into small cubes, mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Lightly beat eggs with salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok over high heat and cook the scrambled eggs, then set aside.
Step 4
Add remaining oil and stir-fry asparagus, garlic, and ginger for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Add rice, soy sauce, and apple pieces, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Return scrambled eggs, mix and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Step 7
Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
