Asian-Style Fried Rice with Ham and Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked rice
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Onions
- 2 clove Garlic
- 30 g Dark chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Finely mince the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with a splash of soy sauce.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat, sauté the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the ham and rice, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the beaten egg in a thin stream while stirring, add the soy sauce and mix well.
Step 7
Finely grate the dark chocolate over the rice and fold in gently. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
