Stir-Fried Rice with Pear and Ginger with Cashews
An Asian-inspired fried rice where pears provide a sweet touch, elevated with ginger and finished with crunchy cashews.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cooked white rice
- 2 piece Pear
- 1 piece Apple
- 20 g Fresh ginger
- 100 g Cashews
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 sprig Green onion
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: peel and mince the pears and apple, mince the ginger and garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add the pears, apple, and cashews, continue for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce, mix well, and add the chopped green onion.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
