Pan-Fried Rice
Cooked rice tossed with a little butter, salt, and pepper. A simple and delicious side dish that comes together in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 400 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan with a pinch of salt
Step 2
Add the rice and reduce heat to low
Step 3
Cover and simmer for 12 minutes until the water is completely absorbed
Step 4
Add the butter and gently fluff with a fork
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste
