Pan-Fried Rice
A simplified Asian classic: rice cooked in a pan with a little oil, salt, and pepper. Satisfying and filling.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the rice into a pot with the water and salt. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
