Cauliflower Rice with Coconut Milk and Orange
A light Asian-inspired dish where cauliflower is riced and cooked in a fragrant coconut broth with orange.

Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Orange
- 200 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 20 ml Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
Step 2
Juice the orange and zest the peel.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the cauliflower rice for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the coconut milk, water, orange juice, and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
