Stir-Fried White Rice with Ham
A simple and comforting Asian dish: white rice mixed with ham, water, and salt, then stir-fried in a pan.

Ingredients
- 150 g White rice
- 100 g Ham
- 250 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
Step 2
In the pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the rice.
Step 3
Cook the rice for 12 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small dice.
Step 5
Stir-fry the cooked rice with the ham in the oiled pan for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
