White Rice with Shredded Chicken and Olives
A simple and satisfying meal: white rice with shredded cooked chicken and black olives. Perfect for an easy dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Chicken thighs
- 200 g White rice
- 100 g Black olives
- 500 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the chicken thighs, salt, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the chicken and reserve the broth. Shred the chicken by hand.
Step 3
In the pot with the broth, add the rice. Cover and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the shredded chicken and olives with the cooked rice. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
