White Rice with Herbs
A simple and flavorful side dish: perfectly cooked white rice with butter and a touch of salt. Ideal as a light main course.

Ingredients
- 150 g White rice
- 300 ml Water
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice in cold water through a strainer until the water runs clear.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Pour the rice into the boiling water and stir once.
Step 4
Reduce heat and cover. Let cook for 15-18 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Step 5
Add the butter, gently stir, and season with salt and pepper.
