Buttered Rice with Gruyère
A delicate rice dish enriched with butter and melting Gruyère. Perfect as a side or light meal on its own.

Ingredients
- 150 g White rice
- 300 ml Water
- 25 g Butter
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the rice into a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-16 minutes until the rice absorbs all the water.
Step 3
Stir in the butter cut into pieces and the grated Gruyère gently.
Step 4
Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Serve hot.
