Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked quinoa
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil over high heat in a skillet.
Step 2
Add the cooked quinoa and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring regularly to dry it out.
Step 3
Pour in the coconut milk and water. Mix well.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed.
Step 5
Season generously with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
