Ingredients
- 150 g Red lentils
- 80 g Walnuts
- 120 g Smoked ham
- 250 g Arborio rice
- 800 ml Chicken broth
- 80 g Parmesan
- 50 g Butter
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 ml White wine
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the lentils in a pot of water for 18 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Sauté the minced onion in butter in a pan, then add the rice and coat it well.
Step 3
Deglaze with white wine and gradually add the warm broth while stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the cooked lentils, crushed walnuts, and smoked ham cut into cubes.
Step 5
Finish with butter and grated Parmesan, season, and serve immediately.
