Chocolate-Orange Risotto with Quinoa
An original creation blending Italian and Asian cuisines: a sweet and savory quinoa risotto with dark chocolate and orange. A refined and surprising dessert.

Ingredients
- 200 g Quinoa
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 3 piece Oranges
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 60 g Butter
- 200 ml Water
- 30 g Sugar
- une pincée Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and pour into a saucepan. Add 400 ml of coconut milk and 200 ml of water.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the 3 oranges and zest half an orange.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with the remaining coconut milk over low heat.
Step 5
Add the orange juice and zest to the melted chocolate. Stir in the butter and sugar.
Step 6
Mix the cooked quinoa with the chocolate-orange sauce. Season with a pinch of salt. Serve warm.
