Risotto with Lentils and Smoked Ham

Ingredients
- 120 g Quinoa
- 80 g Lentils
- 100 g Smoked ham
- 600 ml Chicken broth
- 40 g Butter
- 60 g Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 ml Dry white wine
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the broth in a saucepan and keep it simmering.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and smoked ham.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the quinoa and lentils, stir for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour in the white wine and let it reduce almost completely.
Step 6
Gradually add the broth while stirring regularly, about 25 minutes.
Step 7
Stir in the ham, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix gently.
