Sautéed Quinoa with Ham and Vegetables
A quick and balanced Asian-inspired dish: quinoa mixed with ham, carrots and broccoli sautéed in a pan.

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 100 g Ham
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and cook for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice and the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the ham and cooked quinoa, mix for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
