Gourmet Quinoa Bowl with Roasted Vegetables and Crispy Ham
A healthy and delicious bowl featuring quinoa, caramelized roasted vegetables, crispy ham, and a gourmet chocolate-parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrots
- 100 g Ham
- 30 g Dark chocolate
- 50 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in boiling water according to package directions (approximately 15 minutes).
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and carrots into sticks, toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast in a 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the ham into thin slices and cook in a skillet until crispy.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce by mixing grated chocolate, grated Parmesan, remaining oil, vinegar, and honey.
Step 6
Assemble the bowls: quinoa as the base, roasted vegetables, crispy ham, then drizzle with sauce.
