Quinoa with Lentils and Cashews
An Asian-inspired protein-rich dish combining quinoa and lentils with crunchy cashews. Delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Quinoa
- 150 g Lentils
- 100 g Cashews
- 600 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and pour it into a saucepan with 400 ml of water. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Step 3
In another saucepan, cook the lentils for 20 minutes in 200 ml of water.
Step 4
Toast the cashews dry in a skillet for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the lentils and mix with the quinoa. Add the cashews, olive oil, salt and pepper.
