Quinoa with Vegetables and Ham
A balanced and tasty dish where quinoa pairs beautifully with sautéed carrots and broccoli, enriched with ham for extra flavor.

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 150 g Carrots
- 200 g Broccoli
- 80 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse quinoa under cold water.
Step 2
In a saucepan, cook quinoa with 300 ml of salted water for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel and cut carrots into matchsticks and broccoli into small florets.
Step 4
Sauté carrots and broccoli in olive oil in a pan for 6-8 minutes.
Step 5
Cut ham into small cubes and add to the cooked vegetables.
Step 6
Mix the cooked quinoa with the vegetables and ham, season and serve.
