Quinoa with Sautéed Carrots and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 300 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and cook it in 300 ml of salted water for about 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the carrots and cut them into small dice. Cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the carrots and broccoli for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the cooked quinoa with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
