Quinoa with Sautéed Cauliflower and Chocolate-Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 50 g Chocolate
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in 400ml of salted water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the cauliflower in a pan with oil for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan with coconut milk.
Step 5
Mix the quinoa and cauliflower together and pour the chocolate sauce over top.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
