Quinoa Porridge with Chocolate and Orange
A sweet French breakfast or dessert where quinoa becomes creamy in a chocolate and coconut milk sauce, brightened by orange's acidity.

Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 80 g Dark chocolate
- 300 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Orange
- 150 ml Water
- 3 g Salt
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa under cold water. Pour it into a saucepan with 300ml of water and coconut milk.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop the chocolate and squeeze the orange juice.
Step 4
Once the quinoa is cooked, add the chocolate, butter, and orange juice. Stir until melted.
Step 5
Pour into warm bowls and garnish with orange zest.
