Crustless Quiche with Gruyère, Ham and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 6 piece Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 120 g Gruyère
- 100 g Ham
- 250 g Broccoli
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with the milk, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Butter an oven-safe dish and add the broccoli and ham.
Step 6
Pour the egg mixture over top and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 7
Bake for 20-22 minutes until the quiche is golden and set.
