Potato and Carrot Purée with Spinach
A simple and flavorful mash combining the sweetness of carrots and potatoes with fresh spinach. Comforting and budget-friendly.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 300 g Carrots
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 30 g Butter
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into cubes.
Step 2
Place cubes in a saucepan covered with cold water, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes until completely tender.
Step 4
Drain and transfer to a skillet with butter.
Step 5
Add fresh spinach and mash with a fork until smooth.
Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
