Spinach and Potato Purée
A smooth and rich purée combining fresh spinach and potatoes. Perfect as a side dish or a light evening meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 20 g Butter
- 500 ml Water
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in the saucepan and cook the potatoes for 15 minutes
Step 3
Add the fresh spinach and cook for 3 more minutes
Step 4
Drain and blend with butter, salt and pepper until you get a smooth purée
