Celery and Ham Gratinéed Purée
A creamy celery purée mixed with ham and baked until golden. Comforting and savory, perfect for an easy dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Celery root or stalks
- 200 g Ham
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the celery into uniform cubes.
Step 2
Cook the celery in salted boiling water for 20 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Drain the celery and mash it with a fork or blender together with the butter, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the diced ham into the purée and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes until lightly golden. Serve hot.
