Quick Chicken Tikka Masala
Tender chicken in a creamy spiced curry sauce, served with basmati rice. A simplified but delicious Asian classic ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 350 g Chicken
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 1 piece Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 20 g Butter
- 400 ml Water
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice and cook in 400 ml of boiling salted water for 15-18 minutes covered.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into 3 cm cubes. Slice the carrots into rounds and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Sauté the chicken in butter in a pan until golden, about 6-7 minutes.
Step 4
Add curry, carrots and broccoli, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3-4 minutes without boiling.
Step 6
Serve the chicken tikka masala over basmati rice.
