Express Chicken Tikka Masala
A rich and flavorful Asian curry prepared quickly. Tender chicken in a creamy, slightly spiced sauce, perfect served with white rice.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrot
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp Red curry paste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Water
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and slice the carrots into julienne.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the chicken cubes 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Add the curry paste and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 4
Pour in the crème fraîche and water. Add the carrots. Simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with white rice.
