Chicken Tikka Masala with Pasta
A rich and flavorful Indian curry with tender chicken, carrots, and a hint of tomato. Served over pasta for a comforting fusion dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Carrots
- 3 tsp Curry powder
- 100 g Cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1.2 l Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and the carrots into small sticks.
Step 3
Sauté the chicken in a pan with oil and curry powder for 10 minutes. Add the carrots.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste and sour cream to the chicken. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Step 6
Mix the pasta with the curry sauce. Add grated cheese. Season and serve.
