Chicken Tikka Masala with Carrots and Rice
A mild and creamy Indian curry made with chicken, carrots, and a rich sauce, served with fluffy rice.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 250 g White rice
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 500 ml Water
- 15 g Curry powder
- 30 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions (approximately 15 minutes).
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the chicken for 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and stir well.
Step 4
Add the carrots and sour cream. Simmer for 10 minutes until the carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve the curry over the rice.
