Teriyaki Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrot
- 200 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into cubes and vegetables into small pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Step 3
Brown the chicken in a skillet with oil for 8 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and sauce, cook for 7 more minutes, stirring regularly.
