Teriyaki Chicken with Carrots and Rice

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 200 g White rice
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions in a pot with the water.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and the carrots into sticks. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and crushed garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan, then sauté the chicken for 5 minutes until it starts to brown.
Step 4
Add the carrots and sauce. Cook for 8 minutes over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Step 5
Serve the teriyaki chicken over the cooked white rice.
