Tandoori chicken with creamy pasta
Chicken marinated in tandoori spices with pasta in a creamy tomato-cream sauce. A delicious and quick Indo-Italian fusion dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 250 g Pasta
- 100 ml Plain yogurt
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 200 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 750 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate for 10 minutes in yogurt mixed with curry and paprika.
Step 2
Bring salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 3
Sear the marinated chicken in oil in a skillet for 8 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add finely chopped carrots and crushed tomatoes.
Step 5
Let simmer for 5 minutes, add sour cream and mix well.
Step 6
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and pour with the tandoori sauce. Season to taste.
